# Theme

The **Theme** page lets you customize your agent’s visual appearance and interaction elements, including branding, chat UI behavior, and user controls.

| **Theme Setting**         | **Use-Case**                                                                                                                               |
| :------------------------ | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Avatar                    | Upload an image to represent your agent across the chat bubble and interface. You can change or remove it at any time.                     |
| Agent Color               | Set the primary color used across the agent UI, including the header and user messages.                                                    |
| Message Placeholder       | Define the placeholder text shown in the chat input field.                                                                                 |
| Collect User Feedback     | Enable thumbs up and thumbs down on responses to capture user feedback.                                                                    |
| Regenerate Messages       | Allow users to generate an alternative response for any agent message.                                                                     |
| Disclosure Message        | Show a disclaimer on the chat widget to indicate that responses are AI-generated.                                                          |
| Remove Branding           | Remove the default “Powered by FwdSlash” label. This requires the add-on to be enabled.                                                    |
| Footer                    | Add custom footer content such as links or disclaimers. Available only when branding is removed.                                           |
| Align Chat Bubble         | Control where the chat widget appears on the screen, such as left, right, or centered.                                                     |
| Auto Show Initial Message | Trigger the agent’s first message automatically after a set delay, even if the chat is not opened.                                         |
| Suggested Messages        | Add predefined prompts that users can click to start or guide conversations. You can control whether they persist after the first message. |

Make sure to click **Save** for your changes to take effect.
